Job Description
As an Auditor you will conduct internal audits to identify and assess risk within a complex organization. Based in Racine, WI, this position supports the internal audit activities at multiple corporate and manufacturing locations throughout North America, as well as outside the region as needed. This is a great opportunity to join a diverse internal audit team and learn the interworking of a global manufacturing organization.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute internal audits involving complex business organizations
- Evaluate internal controls and compliance to Company policy
- Conduct comprehensive reviews, data analysis, and assessments to determine the significance of internal control weaknesses and operational issues
- Communicate both verbally and in writing the audit results to senior corporate and division management
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related area
- CPA or advanced degree desired and a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience required in public accounting or internal audit experience in a business environment required
- Demonstrated strong analytical and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrated strong communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated strong Excel and Word skills required, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to travel 40%, primarily domestic, although some travel will be international
- Bi-lingual/multi-lingual skills a plus!
