REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) from four year college or university in Business, Pharmacy, Retail or related field.

Five to ten years related experience in retail pharmacy setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate the value of pharmacy volume to purchase, using a financial return on investment model.

Evaluate the retention of the proposed pharmacy volume including the number of deals, number of scripts and retention percentages.

Work with Vice President Pharmacy, Director of Pharmacy and Area Managers of Pharmacy to locate purchase opportunities.

Track volumes / prescription retention and work with Vice President and Director of Pharmacy to resolve issues.

Work with recruiting staff to integrate and identify potential hires as a result of acquisitions.

Provide continuous feedback to the corporate office with regard to canvassing activities.

Provide timely response to any and all issues associated with an acquisition.
