Job Description

The internship will provide real world Human Resources experience in a variety of HR functional areas. The successful candidate will:

* Assist with hiring and onboarding for our high school and undergraduate science intern programs

* Assist with recruiting efforts to include screening candidates, writing job descriptions and postings for open positions

* Partner with Marketing to create HR Newsletter and other HR Communications

* Assist with creating career development program materials

* Assist with Engagement Action Plan implementation

* Update and/or create HR Intranet content
