The Manager of Data Reporting and Analytics will be responsible for leading the team charged with supporting the analytic portfolio of tools produced for various administrative and education areas in the UW School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH). This position is part of the Data Reporting and Analytics team in the SMPH Informatics and IT group, providing key data analysis and reporting to senior leadership, students, and other stakeholders across SMPH. The position will have supervisory responsibility for the Data Reporting and Analytics team and reports to the Director, Business Analytics for SMPH.

Required:
- At least 3 years of experience managing a professional team related to informatics and/or analytics in a health sciences or higher education environment (5+ years preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience with the creation and support of analytical reporting solutions using tools like Tableau and/or Qlik (5+ years preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership roles related to projects, workgroups and committees
- Excellent communication, organization, problem solving, and facilitation skills
Preferred:
- Experience with data integration and ETL tools
- Experience leading or participating on teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum

The starting salary for the position is $105,000 but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
