JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support E2E with coaching and oversight of progress against key milestones and deliverables in alignment with project schedule i.e., development and implementation of Key Standard Routines, TPM readiness and 5S.
* Participate in identification of operational requirements and success criteria development.
* Track and report on progress of ramp-up/start-up plans to ensure achievement of business objectives i.e., line performance, safety measures and product qualification.
* Plan, prepare and coordinate operational preparation, pre-commissioning/commissioning, qualification, verification, and start-up activities.
* Co-lead commissioning, qualification, verification, and start-up execution & reporting.
* Consult and track progress against recruiting, staffing, and training.
* Ensure operational safety is fully considered and escalate operational risks.
* Collaborate with project team and operations to ensure line readiness and safety (Machine Risk Assessments, Site Acceptance Testing, HECP/LOTO, SHE and QA/Food Safety Planning).
* Ensure factory associates are trained and competent to standards prior to start-up.
* Complete a proactive and effective handover of the project to the operational team including proper documentation.
* Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree with 3+ years in change management or business analysis with project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment OR
* Associate"s degree with 5+ years of project management, change management, and/or business analysis experience in a manufacturing, industrial and/or military environment
* 1+ years" experience in early management, operations, and/or a startup environment is highly preferred
* PMP or equivalent Project Management Professional certification preferred
