Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a remote position for those living in Wisconsin or Illinois.

We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to:

  • Plan, perform, audit, and analyze operations and physician payrolls.
  • Monitor and analyze UW Health benefit plans and system budgeting.
  • Assist in and lead the payroll processes for UW Health.

Education:

Minimum - Associate degree in Business, Accounting or related field. Two (2) years of payroll or accounting experience may be considered in lieu of the degree in addition to the experience below

Work Experience:

Minimum - Three (3) years accounting or payroll experience with general ledger software systems, database, spreadsheet and word processing software.

Preferred - One (1) year of payroll or financial experience in a health care field

Licenses and Certifications:

Preferred - Payroll certification desirable.
