Job Description
New full-time opening for a skilled property maintenance person working on multi-unit apartments around Oconomowoc area. You will work at several different locations doing apartment flips, flooring, doors/locks/windows, dishwashers, drain clogs, drywall/painting, HVAC, switching-out plumbing and electrical fixtures, etc. Must have valid driver's license, vehicle, basic tools, fairly good driving record, stable work history, and pass drug test. This is an established property management company with benefits.
