Full-Time
Residential properties.
Candidate must have experience with light carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, apartment flips, painting, and renovations.
Prefer previous industry experience.

Must have excellent customer service to communicate and deal with tenants.
Must have valid driver's license.
Must pass drug test prior to employment.
Required to have your own tools.
Wage is open based on experience, includes full benefits.
