Job Purpose:
Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of a medium-sized contract cleaning company. Duties and responsibilities include managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and work force.
Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities: Oversee activities directly related to providing excellent customer service and ensuring cleaning services are completed each day/night.
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
Experience and Education: (please insert your own requirements)
Minimum of 10 years in a management position in the contract cleaning industry.
Customer and Personal Service
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
Management of Material Resources
Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.T
